I'll be honest, I 've only used this once yoga mat, but while the Warrior Pose in class, my feet were totally slipping. I've never had this problem before and was quite annoying. I was not sweating, even though my feet were a bit damp. This is the first 'honeycomb pattern ' yoga mat I have ever used so maybe it 'sa common problem with this variety. Otherwise, it 'sa good mat, not only very slip resistant.
